I received my Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I then went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. To further my skills and mentorship I completed a Sports Residency at The Ohio State University- an 18 month rigorous program specializing in treating athletes, sharpening clinical skills, and participating in various on-field and court coverage care.

My special interests are in treating the shoulder, knee, and runner, amongst other interests. In my free time, you can find me at the gym, on a hike, reading a book outside, or perfecting a new modern fusion recipe in the kitchen.

Victoria (Pudussery) Karuthalackal earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from North Park University in 2018 before going on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences) in 2021. During graduate school, Victoria was introduced to the Pilates method, which significantly shaped her understanding and appreciation of movement patterns. She later completed her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training through The Lab, developed by Chicago studio owners Holly Swanson and Jacqueline Brennan, and further expanded her expertise by becoming certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).

Victoria is passionate about creating individualized, goal-oriented plans of care that empower patients through education, movement, and sustainable progress. With a deep appreciation for both Pilates and strength training, she blends these specialties into her clinical practice to help clients move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to the activities they love.
